This Privacy policy between Bitscape Technology Services (Bitscape) and you, constitutes our commitment to your privacy on our applications, administrative records, websites, social media platforms and premises.

It applies to the Bitscape website and all database applications, services, tools and physical contact with us regardless of how you access or use them. We reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Conditions. When you use Bitscape services, we collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other electronic access device. The automatically collected information includes but not limited to- data about the pages you access, computer IP address, device ID or unique identifier, device type, geo-location information, computer and connection information, mobile network information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, referral URL, ad data, standard weblog data, still and moving images.We may also collect information you provide us including but not limited to- information on web form, survey responses, email, phone, organization you represent, officialposition, correspondence with Bitscape, support services and telecommunication with Bitscape. In doing so, a third party may share information about you with us,such as your email address or mobile phone number.You accept thatyour pictures and testimonials on all social media platforms about Bitscape canbe used for limited promotional purposes by us. This does not include yourtrademark or copyrighted materials.From time totime we may send you relevant information such as news items, enforcementnotice, statutorily mandated notices and essential information to aid theimplementation of our mandate. We may also share your personal information incompliance with National or international laws; crime prevention and riskmanagement agencies and service providers.

We will alwayshold your information securely. To prevent unauthorized access to yourinformation, we have implemented strong controls and security safeguards at thetechnical and operational levels. You have the right to request sightof, and copies of any and all information we keep on you, if such requests aremade in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act and other relevantenactments. While Bitscape is responsible for safeguarding the informationentrusted to us, your role in fulfilling confidentiality duties includes, butis not limited to, adopting and enforcing appropriate security measures such asnon-sharing of passwords and other platform login details, adherence withphysical security protocols on our premises, dealing with only authorizedofficers of the Agency.

Please note that Bitscape is not responsible andhas no control over websites outside its domain. We do not monitor or reviewthe content of other party’s websites which are linked from our website ormedia platforms. Where anyprovision of this Policy is deemed inconsistent with a law, regulation orconvention, such provision shall be subject to the overriding law, regulationor convention.
